Terms:
All orders are to be prepaid prior to shipment. We accept PayPal and major credit cards and checks via PayPal. Sorry no C.O.D. orders.

Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required on all custom built and special order merchandise. All deposits are non-refundable.

Returns:
No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No returns on special order or custom built merchandise. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

Claims:
Damage claims must be made immediately with the carrier. Although every effort is made to make sure that orders are correct and complete, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify orders against their invoice upon arrival. Claims regarding content errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Warranty:
These products are intended for Racing or Off-Road use only!and are sold WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for any loss, damage or injury directly or indirectly arising from the use or inability to determine the appropriate use of these products. Before any attempt to use this product, the user shall determine suitability of the product(s) for it's intended use and the user shall accept and assume all responsibility and risk.
